Customs Fees
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are generally due once the package arrives in the destination country.
Sellers are required to comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. As a general rule, the buyer is responsible for paying customs duties upon receipt of the package.
Some countries may require certain documents before shipping the items. When the required information is not provided, delays may occur in the delivery of the order.
Since July 1, 2021, some countries apply customs fees, and the buyer may pay directly to the delivery agent. Typically, the buyer receives a notification email from the sender a day before receiving the order.
